We accept all PPO Insurance and most dental plans offered by employers in the
area, as well as numerous other dental plans offered by major insurers.
Please be aware that...
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your
dental care. Most plans include deductibles and other expenses, which are the
responsibility of the patient. If you have dental insurance, please contact us
with your plan information so that we can verify your benefits and make sure
that you receive the maximum benefits your policy provides.
We must emphasize that as a dental care provider, our relationship is with you,
and not your insurance company. While the filing of insurance claims is a
courtesy that we happily extend to our patients, you must realize that all
charges, from the date services are rendered, are your responsibility. Not all
services are a covered benefit in all insurance policies. Insurance companies
can and do elect not to cover certain services, and some services are limited
by strict time constraints.
Please be aware when scheduling your appointment that certain insurance
companies only cover 2 dental checkups and cleanings per year with the
stipulation that they must be scheduled a minimum of 6 months apart.
